Nearly 300 years ago, James Samuel Patton brought to this country the original American thoroughbred, named Bulle Rock. Years later, Patton's granddaughter married the owner of Blenheim Stud Farm in Maryland and brought with her a colt from Bulle Rock's bloodline.

Now, centuries later, The Residences at Bulle Rock sits on the same tract of land as did Blenheim Farm. We're proud of our heritage. And prouder still that our community is on land just as stunning and perfect as when the original American Thoroughbreds galloped across the hills.
