In the NewsBULLE ROCK HOMES WIN MARYLAND HOME BUILDERS MAX AWARDS The Residences at Bulle Rock have won several awards from the Sales and Marketing Council of the Maryland Home Builders Association. The Maryland Award of Excellence (MAX) winners were honored April 25 during a ceremony at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. MAX awards are presented in home categories that include Active Adult (55 and better), Custom Home, Customized, Multifamily, Multiple Product, Single Family, Townhome and Model Home Merchandising and Marketing. Sales achievement awards also are given in a number of categories. Winning awards in the 55 and better/attached category were the Bella Via model by NVR Inc.-NVHomes in Bulle Rock and the Affirmed by Clark Turner Signature Homes LLC. Turner also won an award for its Exacta model in the 55 and better/detached category. Clark Turner Signature Homes also won a MAX award for its Triple Crown single family/detached model and Citation Townhome. Turner won a silver marketing award for its brochure for The Residences at Bulle Rock. Merchandising awards also were presented to Turner for The Affirmed, Exacta and Triple Crown homes. A sales achievement award went to the Clark Turner Signature Homes Team of Carolyn Mendez, Kathleen Lanasa and Catina Faire ($29 million). Tracy Penrose of Ryan Homes ($16 million) also won a sales achievement award. Developed by Manekin LLC, Clark Turner and H&S Development Corporation, The Residences at Bulle Rock is a gated community of approximately 2,200 single family, villa and condominium homes built by Clark Turner Signature Homes, D. R. Horton, NVHomes, Ryan Homes and Ryland Homes. The community, adjacent to the Bulle Rock golf course, features a 37,000 sq. ft. residents’ club for recreational and social activities. There were other MAX Award winners with Harford County connections. Ryland Homes won an Award of Excellence for its Braxton townhome in Holly Woods near Aberdeen. Plumb Construction Co. Inc won a Silver Merit Award for a custom home in Forest Hill. Richmond American Homes won a MAX Award for its Harrison single family detached home in the Martin Meadows development at Fallston. |
