In the NewsNVHomes starts Bulle Rock project NVHomes has started building a development of 107 single-family homes at The Residences at Bulle Rock in Havre de Grace, the builder announced yesterday. Starting prices for homes in Fairmount Park, the second of three planned NVHomes developments at Bulle Rock, will range from the upper $300,000s to the mid-$400,000s. NVHomes is one of five builders at the Bulle Rock golf course community, which is targeted to buyers age 55 and older and is planned to have 2,200 residences. |
