NVHomes reported in mid-February that it has sold out the first of three single family neighborhoods it is building at The Residences at Bulle Rock in Havre de Grace.

The Pimlico neighborhood has 50 homes of NVHomes' Cavendish, Bornquist and Deveroux models. In addition to first floor owners' suites and garages, the homes feature open floor plans and 10-foot ceilings.

According to a press release, NVHomes, most of the buyers currently live in Harford, Baltimore and Howard Counties. Others are relocating from Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Texas. The company said the majority of buyers indicated they chose Bulle Rock for its location, the homes' interior designs and overall community appearance.

NVHomes will build approximately 200 single family homes inside the gates at The Residences at Bulle Rock. Forty-six of 100 Bell Via villa homes to be built at Bulle Rock have been sold.

Using the slogan, "Life Imitates Vacation," Manekin LLC, Clark Turner and H&S Development Corporation are developing residential projects around the five-star Bulle Rock Golf Course, which hosts the McDonald's LPGA Championship in June.

When completed, the gated community will have about 2,000 single family, villa and condominium homes built by Clark Turner, D.R. Horton, NVHomes, Ryan Homes and Ryland Homes. All will feature first floor owner's suites, open floor plans, vaulted ceilings and garages.
