Press Release NVHOMES BEGINS SECOND SINGLE-FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD
AT THE RESIDENCES AT BULLE ROCK
HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. (Oct. 16, 2007) − NVHomes has begun construction on Fairmount Park, the second of three single-family neighborhoods it is building at The Residences at Bulle Rock.
Located near The Residences at Bulle Rock's signature horse statues, historic barn and Victorian mansion (seen in the Disney movie, Tuck Everlasting) - as well as the five-star Bulle Rock Golf Course - Fairmount Park will include 107 homes.
New to The Residences at Bulle Rock will be NVHomes' Armistead floorplan. Priced in the upper 300s, these are one-floor single family homes with two to three bedrooms. Priced from the mid 400s, the popular Cavendish and Bornquist floorplans feature garages, elegant trim, open floor plans and 10-foot ceilings among other amenities. All three floor plans will have stone/siding, stone and brick fronts available.
NVHomes previously completed sales on the 50 single-family home Pimlico neighborhood at The Residences at Bulle Rock. Overall, it will build a total of 200 single-family homes and 96 villas, 68 of which have been sold.
"NVHomes' sales success speaks to market acceptance of its floor plans, quality and service," said Brenda Desjardins, a spokeswoman for The Residences at Bulle Rock.
With the slogan, "Life Imitates Vacation," The Residences at Bulle Rock is a resort-style community under development by Manekin, LLC; Clark Turner; and H&S Development Corporation in Havre de Grace, Md.
It is being built around the Bulle Rock Golf Course (home of the McDonald's LPGA Championship).
Named 2007 Project of the Year by the Land Development Council (LDC) of the Home Builders Association of Maryland (HBAM), The Residences at Bulle Rock will comprise approximately 2,200 single-family, villa and condominium homes built by Clark Turner, D.R. Horton, NVHomes, Ryan Homes and Ryland Homes.
