THE RESIDENCES AT BULLE ROCK TO HOST TASTE OF HARFORD AT THE LPGA

HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. The Residents’ Club at The Residences at Bulle Rock (1200 Bulle Rock Pkwy., Havre de Grace) will host Taste of Harford at the LPGA, afundraising event benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities and other local children’s organizations, Wednesday, June 4, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

The Event
Taste of Harford at the LPGA will kick off the 2008 McDonald’s LPGA Championship beginning the next day at the adjacent five-star Bulle Rock Golf Course.

“The Residents Club was chosen for its brilliant layout, superb views of the Chesapeake and its capacity to hold the over 500 guests,” said Peter Wilder, director of business development for the McDonald's LPGA Championship.

With “Country Club Casual” attire, the event will feature fare from Harford County’s finest restaurants, wineries and chocolatiers, a fireworks show at dusk and the opportunity to mingle with some of the world’s best golfers. Individual tickets ($60) and books of 10 tickets ($500) can be purchased online at www.mcdslpga.org or by calling 888-321-1681.

During the 2007 McDonald’s LPGA Championship, The Residences at Bulle Rock presented $10,000 to Ronald McDonald House Charities. Approximately 500 Bulle Rock residents raised the money by purchasing tickets to the Championship and www.bullerock.com wristbands.

The residents hope to present a larger donation at the 2008 McDonald’s LPGA Championship by purchasing the following items: tickets to the Championship, passes to the new “dining chalet” that will operate during the Championship on the 18th hole, and tickets to Taste of Harford at the LPGA.

The Residents’ Club and The Residences at Bulle Rock
As The Residences at Bulle Rock’s social and recreational centerpiece, the 37,000-square-foot Residents’ Club features indoor and outdoor pools, a cardiovascular health and wellness center, tennis and bocce courts, a cyber café and much more.
